Non-surgical treatment to rejuvenate and revitalise your skin

Mesotherapy is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure designed to rejuvenate and revitalise the skin.

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure that is widely used in Europe and elsewhere to treat various medical conditions. It targets problem areas with microinjections of conventional or homoeopathic medicines, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Tiny “medicinal bullets” are delivered directly into the mesoderm (middle layer of skin) that are highly specific to the condition being treated. Mesotherapy can be used to treat ageing and redundant sagging skin, rejuvenate the hands and neck, eliminate cellulite, and promote weight loss. This treatment stimulates collagen production, improves hydration, and enhances the overall appearance of the skin.

Before we begin your procedure, we cleanse the area to be treated and may apply a topical numbing cream to ensure your comfort throughout the treatment.

Using a fine needle, we administer the customised blend of nutrients into the carefully planned areas of your skin. It only takes around 15 minutes to complete, with no major downtime needed.

Are there any side effects of Mesotherapy?

A common side effect of Mesotherapy is bruising, which generally resolves over one week. To speed up the healing process, we recommend that the homoeopathic supplement arnica be either taken orally or applied topically on a daily basis. You may also experience some redness, soreness or swelling at the injection sites, but these are temporary and usually subside within a few days.

Are there any restrictions on Skin Rejuvenation Mesotherapy?

Restrictions vary, depending on the condition being treated. We discuss these with each patient before treatments commence. In general, patients are advised not to wear makeup for at least 4 hours after facial treatments, not to take hot showers for at least 6 to 8 hours. We recommend that patients eat a high-protein meal, and avoid caffeine or other stimulants before treatment.

Is Mesotherapy painful?

Mesotherapy shouldn’t be painful. You may experience some discomfort, but we can use topical anaesthetic to minimise this.

How do I look after my skin after mesotherapy treatment?

After your mesotherapy treatment, we will give you some tailored advice on how to look after your skin. Depending on your individual case, we may advise you avoid direct sunlight, apply specialised skincare products and avoid strenuous activities for a short time.

Is skin rejuvenation with mesotherapy suitable for me?

Skin rejuvenation with mesotherapy is suitable for many people. It is safe, non-surgical, and a very effective treatment for achieving youthful and glowing skin.
