Due to this law patients will no longer be able to make or alter appointments, makes changes to personal details, discuss treatment or payment details for their spouse, or family members (over 16 years of age) without prior consent from the patient concerned. To give consent to an authorised adult sorting out these matters on your behalf please contact our reception team by email, telephone or letter and we will record the details in your records.
