We ensure you know our processes and book you in for an initial appointment at a time that suits you. If you are feeling nervous, please let us know so we can find the best way to help you feel more at ease.

When you arrive for your first appointment, we warmly welcome you and show you our comfortable waiting area. We may also ask you to fill out some registration forms.

Your initial dental appointment is longer than your subsequent ones will be, as we take more time to get to know you. We ask you a few questions about your overall and oral health, and if you have any concerns with your teeth or gums. Our initial examination of your mouth is detailed, as we look at the condition of your dental health and take digital x-rays if necessary.

If we find anything that needs treatment, we arrange your bespoke treatment plan, giving you details of the procedures required, how long these may take and an estimate of cost.

We also ask you about your smile, and if there is anything you would like to improve about it. If you are interested, we can discuss our range of cosmetic dental treatments in detail, letting you know the best ones for your case and exactly how we can help you achieve the smile of your dreams.

If you are interested in our facial aesthetics treatments, we will be delighted to invite you to our practice. We offer a warm welcome and take the time to introduce you to our processes and practice surroundings.

At your initial consultation appointment, we discuss your chosen facial aesthetic treatment in detail, making sure you understand the procedure involved and are happy with the expected outcome. We ask you about your ideal results so we can successfully tailor the treatment to you, and invite you to ask any questions.

Your consultation ends when we are happy that you are comfortable with the treatment processes and have obtained your informed consent to continue. In some cases, we may be able to proceed to treatment immediately, but in others we may need to book you another appointment for a suitable time.
